Return & Exchange Policy

Please choose your Wolf & Shadow pieces carefully as due to the nature of the product, we do not refund purchases but will happily exchange your order. 

If you received your item(s) and the sizing is unsuitable, upon availability, we can exchange for an alternative size or style by getting in touch with us through our contact section.

Store credit will be offered for unsuitable sizing style exchange if the item requested is unavailable. 

Each style is hand dyed and just like nature carry their own characteristics and patterns. No two items are alike and when an item is purchased together we are agreeing into a contract based on the assumption you the consumer have viewed the imagery provided and are happy with the characteristics of that garment/item before proceeding to purchase.

All returns/exchanges are at the cost of the customer, as well as any replacement postage fees. Please read the terms and conditions before sending back your item(s)


Refunds will of course be issued if the item is deemed faulty. 

Please note:

Hand Dyed items will naturally fade with time as a result of wear and washing.

Our logo like the marks we leave in nature, footprints in the sand, pee in the sea, sun we live by and the moon we love by all fade with time.


At Wolf & Shadow we are akin to nature and her traits and accept these as feature of use and sign of love therefore these aspects of the product and branding will not be deemed as a fault.

Wolf & Shadow will accept refunds for any manufacturing faults in items returned to us, however we cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty, we will also not refund any return postage charges unless the item(s) are confirmed as faulty.


Returns Terms & Conditions

1. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt

2. The goods must be unworn and in a saleable condition (returns and exchanges)

3. The reciept must be provided as proof of purchase
